On the heels of their single status finally going through, a report circulates on Brad Pitt being purportedly mad at Angelina Jolie for adopting yet another child. This amidst the divorce proceedings still in a bind over the division of their properties as well as the custody of their brood of six.
This story has been refuted by GossipCop to be false. The points were debunked as being mere concoction by a questionable publication, for the mere sensation it aimed to stir up.
Heat falsely claimed, based on a non-existent source it quoted, that the 43-year-old actress "desperately" yearned for yet another child and that she was even now "actively working" with an "adoption agency" to achieve this.
Right off, the claim already sounds suspicious because no other details are mentioned regarding the so-called adoption; importantly, the country from where the said child would be from.
Bravely though the same outlet asserted that, as per its "source," Jolie is said to have hoped for a "fresh start" and that she was supported in this by "one of her therapists" agreeing that adoption was a sound way to "move on" and start a "new chapter" in her life.
Moreover, the Maleficent star, it was professed by the same nonexistent source, would not be limiting herself to one more adoption. She has even accordingly shared the idea with her children---Maddox, Pax, Shiloh, Zahara, Vivienne, and Knox---who have expressly given their support of the idea, "thrilled," it was belied, to consider having yet another sibling among them.
As if the completely made up desire by Jolie to adopt another child was not enough, the unrepentant publication went on to hide behind the invented source who was said to have shared Pitt's reaction to the adopting another child.
The said source also belied the 55-year-old actor became "furious" upon hearing of Jolie's "ploy" which consisted of taking on another adoption to edge him "further" away from the "picture." Pitt is even said to be "left out" and "scared" the children would rather spend more time with Jolie than him, in the light of new adoption.
It was also insisted that this fictional adoption was the mother of six's attempt to have a child she did not share with Pitt, one that's "all hers."
This is not the first time that GossipCop has debunked such fantastic stories about Jolie and Pitt attempting another adoption. But it has cleared up the lies regarding this situation by going straight to Jolie's and Pitt's official representatives.
Both camps have confirmed the circulating story is based purely on untruths.
