Elementary season 7 is almost here, and there are a lot of things to anticipate, especially now that Sherlock Holmes and Joan Watson move to London. But, is this a new beginning for them or they would encounter more troubles than they were in the United States?
Living in London might be sound ideal for some, but for Holmes and Watson, things aren't perfect here. In Elementary season 7, fans will see the duo trying their best and doing whatever they can to take down bad people in the process. So, for them, living in London is not that ideal, especially for Joan as she grows homesick for New York.
In Elementary season 7 episode 1, the two start their new career as consultants, and their job takes them inside the tabloid journalism industry after a popular model becomes a victim of an acid attack. Solving cases isn't a new thing for them, but it would somehow feel different as they're now in London.
Fans know that Sherlock couldn't return to the United States, so he decided to go back to London. For Watson, moving to another country might be hard for her, especially since she's not from London. She needs to adjust and adapt things because the place where is now is completely different from the one she used to call home for many years.
But then, some things happened as if it pushes them to go in a particular direction. The second episode likely proves their real home is in the US. Based on the synopsis, Holmes and Watson are trying their best working on a stateside investigation from London when an unknown perpetrator in the US has wounded someone close to them.
However, Holmes' stateside legal trouble threatens their efforts. Perhaps, one of the biggest questions surrounding Elementary season 7 is when are they return to the US. It is very likely the characters will be back at some point, yet returning to soon might be tricky for them.
A lot of fans want the duo to go back in the US as they wanted to see a reunion with Bell and Gregson. Many are also hoping the mystery team will be back together once again. But for now, they need to wait what will happen throughout the season.
Elementary season 7 will premiere on Thursday, May 23, on the CBS.
