SEAL Team season 3 is arriving soon, and fans need to brace themselves for more missions and hopeful to heartbreaking moments. A lot of viewers want to see the Bravo Team achieving victories, yet success doesn't come easily. The excitement for the arrival of the third installment further fueled when one of the series stars hint the start of filming date.

Series star AJ Buckley, who portrays the role of Sonny, shared on his Instagram that the production for SEAL Team season 3 will start in about a month. That's already a hint that is worth sharing, especially since there weren't many details about the upcoming installment. But, many speculated it would revolve around recovery based on the things that happened in season 2 finale.

For instance, the Bravo Team has gone through a lot of physical and psychological setbacks it the second season. Jason willingly gave up his home just to make sure his daughter could go to college. His decision is made out of love, as well as understanding that his life would be different now.

For Clay, he's still likely on the stage of learning whether or not he could still fight again, while Ray needs to figure out if he could bring back the family man he once was. Thus, it's safe to say that the theme of SEAL Team season 3 will be all about the characters and their recovery.

Meanwhile, the struggles of Buckley's character aren't entirely the same as some of his team members, largely because his life's current state is in a healthy spot. His relationship with Davis is going stronger for a while now, and he also got to the other side of his near-death experience. And although Sonny is a flawed character, he knows himself better, and he also knows that he is a loyal soldier.

If ever SEAL Team season 3 will start filming in a month, then it will likely start in July, and the new batch of episodes would arrive this coming fall. Also, the series will reportedly be back on its same time slot every Wednesday, forming a perfect trio alongside Survivor and newly-relocated SWAT.

The latter show and SEAL Team both offer their fair share of powerful and outstanding moments that remind viewers they aren't just a "cookie-cutter" action shows. These two programs offer something greater, which would cause you reflecting on your own life.
