Prince Harry gets along really well with his grandmother Queen Elizabeth. They share jokes, and she beams when she's with the Duke of Sussex.

Despite this closeness, however, Prince Harry is not the Queen's favorite grandchild. In a report from The Sun, royal biographer Ingrid Seward said that Queen Elizabeth is a lot more at ease when she's with her first two grandchildren, Peter and Zara Phillips. They are the children of the Queen's second child, Princess Anne, with her ex-husband Mark Phillips.

"I think the Queen is closest to Zara and Peter as they were her first grandchildren and have always been the favorites," the royal biographer said. She also said that the Queen spends a lot of "giggly time" with Zara and her husband Mike Tindall, while she also shares the same passion for horses with her first granddaughter.

Peter and Zara were born in 1977 and 1981, respectively, while Prince William was born a few months after Zara. Prince Harry, on the other hand, came three years later and is the fourth grandkid.

Another royal expert, Melanie Bromley, said that Queen Elizabeth favors Prince Harry more than Prince William. It could be because her relationship with the second heir to the throne is "half family and half business." A documentary aired on ITV in 2014, on the other hand, revealed that Prince Harry has a special relationship with Queen Elizabeth.

"She relies on him enormously now," a royal commentator said in the program, per Daily Express. "She loves him to death and she trusts him totally."

It was Prince Harry who was able to convince Queen Elizabeth to do a James Bond bit for the Olympics in 2012. And who could forget that sweet video of the Duke of Sussex egging the Queen to help raise awareness for his charity cause, the Invictus Games?

Meanwhile, it has been confirmed that Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle are going on an official trip to South Africa in the fall. USA Today reported that Nigel Casey, the British High Commissioner, revealed in a press conference that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are taking the trip in October.

It's unclear, however, if the royal couple is bringing their son, Archie Harrison, along for his very first royal trip. The Sussex royals are also rumored to be making stops in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Singapore after their soiree in Africa.
