Queen of the South Season 4 is now four episodes deep. And with its latest installment which aired last night, it seems things are becoming much darker for Teresa.
The latest episode of the season, La Maldición (The Curse), has shown its viewers that Teresa might have "the curse." And this is because she backed off from her supposed partnership and dealings with Marcel Dumas.
She thought that they were then ready for a "blowback" from Dumas' revenge over her decisions. But according to Celeb Dirty Laundry, she thought wrong. As it happened, Dumas caught Teresa's people unaware and stole all of their supplies.
The shop was raided by Dumas' men and left nothing but a broken shop with a voodoo doll placed in Teresa's office. Quite interestingly, Pote explained to Teresa that the doll would entail a curse to them and their whole operation. But since Teresa is a boss of her own, she did not believe it to be true. Instead, she took it as a declaration of war.
Upon noticing that Javier and Boaz were not around, she, along with the whole crew speculated that something had happened to them. Accordingly, she went on to kidnap Bobby hoping that she'll get a confirmation about Javier and Boaz's location. Little did everyone know that the two are safe and just lost in the middle of nowhere.
At the end of Queen of the South Season 4 Episode 4, the two were surprised having to find a dead body inside the warehouse. And certainly, this will all be revealed when the new episode arrives next week on USA Network.
Queen of the South Season 4 Episode 5 titled, Noche de Las Chicas (Girl's Night), is set to air on July 4. And since it is dated on the US Independence Day, many of the fans are theorizing that the upcoming episode might feature something special in terms of the plot.
But based on the synopsis, Cartermatt claims that the focal point of the next episode is Teresa's possible new partner, Oksana, who is a Russian drug "queenpin." And with its title, it is very likely that the upcoming installment of Queen of the South Season 4 will largely center on Teresa and Oksana, along with the hinted partnership between the two queens.
