Recently, it appears that Taylor Swift is experiencing a roller coaster ride of emotions and dramas with her career. After the controversial release of ME! and You Need To Calm Down, it followed a whole lot more of controversies and allegations as her disputes with Scott Borchetta and Scooter Braun caught the attention of many. Even a handful of celebrities from various industries are also seen to get in between their disputes.
Not long after, new reports have emerged, especially the recently released Celebrity 100 list from Forbes which named her as the highest-paid celebrity of 2019. So, with all of these things at hand, it seemingly appears that Taylor's plate is quite occupied these days.
Even so, the ME! singer has remained confident amid all the dramas and controversies. Also, it is worth noting that she continues to celebrate the achievements and successes of her friends from the industry.
Earlier this week, Taylor Swift posted an Instagram story that features her long-time dear friend, Ed Sheeran. In it, she made a "shout out" to the co-singer wishing him the "best release week."
As it happened, Ed Sheeran has finally released his new album, No. 6, on July 12. And according to what Taylor has posted, the album would feature a lot of "bops" and "instant classics." She also shared to the world how proud she is to become one of Ed's friends as per Billboard.
Although Ed Sheeran's No. 6 is revealed to feature various collaborations from different artists, it did not star his friend, Taylor. Nevertheless, their previous collaborations, including Everything Has Changed and Endgame, have all remained to be some of the fan-favorites.
While the positivity is all around Taylor Swift, recent reports and headlines continue to produce stories that are quite cold. And one of which is the current update about YouTube's records. A "relatively unpopular" Indian Rapper has allegedly beaten Taylor's YouTube records.
With ME!'s 65.4 million views on the platform within 24 hours, it immediately broke the previous records like Arianna Grande's Thank You, Next which garnered a total of 55.4 million views in one day after the release.
However, Badshah's Paagal is reported to achieve an impressive 75 million views within the day of release. Accordingly, he now allegedly dethroned Taylor Swift for this record. But it obtained a huge backlash from the fans considering that there are speculations that the artist and the label just purchased views to reach the numbers.
YouTube has yet to "confirm the milestone" as per Digital Music News.
