Just like other groups, BTS has a Hyung Line and a Dongsaeng Line. However, the boys proved numerous times that they have one more line - The Scaredy Cats.
Being in the industry for quite a while, fans got to know Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook a little bit more. While their age separates the older boys from the younger ones, the Scaredy Cat Line is a mix of both. Here are seven proofs that the group has a Scaredy Cat Line.
1. V’s fear of heights
Just like a lot of people, V is not a huge fan of heights. However, for him to face his fears, he had to bungee jump. The 23-year-old singer, songwriter, record producer, and actor hesitated at first but eventually made the leap, and his members cheered him on. (Watch the short clip here).
2. A mascot freaked the boys out
An MPD, which is a mascot of Mnet, startled Jin and his scream led the other boys to freak out as well. (Watch the short clip here).
3. Jimin vs. a “ghost”
A BTS Bomb ghost video prank scared Jimin. He put his hands up to cover the screen and said, “Go away, go away, go away, hurry!” (Watch the short clip here).
4. Stage fireworks startled Suga
Suga doesn’t show much emotion. He and Jungkok were the only members who didn’t move a muscle when Ellen DeGeneres tried to scare them on her show. However, this one particular incident with the stage fireworks made Suga lose his cool. (Watch the short clip here).
5. Jin vs. a dead grasshopper
Unlike Suga, Jin is not one to shy away from showing his emotions. So when he was given a dead grasshopper as a prank, he screamed his heart out. (Watch the short clip here).
6. J-Hope’s fear of the ocean
A little boat ride may be fun and relaxing to some, but this is a nightmare for J-Hope. He even struggled just to get on it. “I’m not doing this! No!” He said. (Watch the short clip here).
7. Jungkook almost fell off his segway.
BTS has a lot of scaredy cats in the group, but Jungkook is certainly not one of them. He is one of the bravest and most daring one in the bunch.
However, being a daredevil sometimes has a downside. His daring ways led Jungkook to almost fall off from his segway. Luckily, one of the scaredy cats was there to save him — Jimin.
While the whole incident didn’t affect Jungkook, it certainly gave Jimin a heart attack. (Watch the short clips here and here).
