Earlier this year, we saw Manny Pacquiao dismantle Adrien Broner and just this weekend, he defeated Keith Thurman. The Filipino fighter is on a roll clearly, but could there be an even bigger fight soon? Already, Pacquiao's win had people talking of a rematch with Floyd Mayweather Jr.

On Saturday, the 40-year-old boxer took down Thurman in a split decision. Despite the 10-year gap, Pacquiao acted nothing like his age and landed the heavier hits. He emerged victorious, but basking in his recent success sure didn't last long as people have already started suggesting that Pacquiao should definitely fight Mayweather next to avenge his defeat.

People haven't clearly moved on from the 2015 fight, and for good reason. A lot have anticipated that Pacquiao and Mayweather meet to find out who the better fighter is, and though Mayweather succeeded in defeating Pacquiao, some weren't convinced, asking for a rematch.

This week, Pacquiao talked to Yahoo! Sports to address whether Pacquiao vs. Mayweather Part 2 would happen or not.

"I'm still a fighter," Pacquiao said.

There were already talks of a rematch even before the Saturday fight at the MGM Grand - even before his fight with Broner. Mayweather and Pacman were spotted catching a Los Angeles Clippers game earlier this year.

People believe the two met on purpose, but it was later clarified that the American boxer only went to watch the game while Pacquiao had been invited to attend the team's Filipino Heritage Night.

But the scene was all too familiar especially to those who had been pushing for the two boxers to fight. Before their infamous 2015 brawl, Pacquiao and Mayweather were spotted in a Miami Heat game. Could this latest meeting mean the same?

Mayweather sure didn't escape the attention of the fans and the press when he appeared at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas to watch the Pacquiao-Thurman fight, even prompting more rumors that a rematch is imminent. And according to reporters seated near Mayweather, the American was all cheers for Manny during the fight. That's pretty cool, but will we see the same enthusiasm for a Manny Pacquiao Vs. Floyd Mayweather Jr. Rematch?

Mayweather has retired, but he might want to leave retirement for a little while. Their last fight generated more than $500 million in revenue and he himself got a whopping $220 million. Surely, a Pacquiao vs. Mayweather rematch can't be a bad thing.
