He has reportedly ditched the singer and has been spending time with actress Laura Dern and Vogue editor Anna Wintour. Are these meetings just a friendly catch up or a business deal, or is there more going on with these women?
According to Harper's Bazaar, Cooper's fans hit the roof when the actor was photographed with the Big Little Lies actress while walking the streets of New York. Garbed in casual clothes and sneakers, the two hung out over the weekend while Shayk was also in the city for an event.
Cooper and Dern, who have been friends for a long time, had lunch in Manhattan. However, they didn't appear to be romantic but looked like two old friends who may be discussing a potential project together or listening to each other's heartbreaks.
A few days later, Cooper was once again seen in New York having dinner with Vogue editor Anna Wintour. According to Daily Mail, the unlikely friends were usually photographed at A-list events and not during a casual setting as this; thus, his fans were curious.
Are Cooper and Wintour dating or is this just a business and leisurely dinner? Wintour hugged Cooper when they parted ways. She was impeccably dressed while Cooper was in jeans, sneakers, and a collared shirt.
Though Cooper and Shayk have never confirmed it themselves, sources told People that they had been emotionally apart since his work in A Star is Born with Lady Gaga. They had been living separate lives while keeping their work schedules full.
"Bradley was emotionally absent during the long time filming A Star Is Born," the source said. "They tried to save the relationship but it had changed."
Fans think that his steamy chemistry with Lady Gaga affected his relationship with Shayk. They came heavily under fire for their rousing performance during the Oscar Awards last February, and many believed that they were having an affair behind Shayk's back. At that time, Lady Gaga also broke up with her fiancé Christian Carino thus prompting more speculations that she and Cooper were in love.
Both stars denied something was going on though. Lady Gaga spoke about it on Jimmy Kimmel's talk show to say that they were just doing their jobs as performers and believed they did well because a lot of people thought that they are together in real life.
