At the house of Queen Elizabeth in Buckingham Palace is a set of framed photos featuring her grandchildren. There on display at a table console are photos of Prince Harry and his wife Duchess Meghan, Prince William and his wife Duchess Kate, as well as her other grandkids.
These were shown in a video when the new British Prime Minister Boris Johnson met the Queen at her residence's Audience Room last Wednesday, July 24. But eagle-eyed royal watchers noticed that the photo the Sussex couple was in front of the photo of the Cambridge couple.
It might have been placed this way, however, since Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan's photo were in a smaller frame. Beside it, the Queen also displayed a photo of Prince Harry and Prince William in military uniforms.
It bears noting that photo arrangements at the Queen's residence are usually moved around. Sometimes, the frames are completely removed, depending on who she was receiving as guests.
Meanwhile, Prince Harry had a lovely reaction to a photo of his mother, Princess Diana, which was on the guest book at the Sheffield Children's Hospital. The prince visited the site last Thursday, July 25, to interact with the patient and their families.
He was shown the guest book with records of his mother's visit and had a huge smile as he looked over the pages, per Marie Claire. After that, Prince Harry also affixed his signature on the same guest book his mother had signed.
Duchess Meghan wasn't with her husband for this hospital visit as she has yet to return to her official royal duties this fall. It's likely that she'll have better security when she goes to work again as reports say the duchess is not happy with her current bodyguards following a mistake at Wimbledon.
A regular Wimbledon watcher was accosted by Duchess Meghan's security for thinking that he was taking photos of her without permission. It turned out that the man didn't even realize that the duchess was there and he was taking a selfie to show his wife that he's at the venue.
"I spoke to a source after that had happened and I was told that Meghan was quite disappointed at just how it played out because, in her words, she had said to this source that she would have happily taken a photo with anyone that had asked," Royal Box reporter Omid Scobie said, per Yahoo UK."So I think that perhaps this might have been a case of a protection officer being slightly too protective, although that's probably his job."
