Agents of SHIELD season 6 finale is almost here, and there will be chaos and crazy stuff waiting for the team. The team's running out of time in the upcoming episode, so they need to go to hell and back to stop the end of everything. But, the Big Bad here is Izel, how far will she go now?
Izel is determined to bring her people down to the Earth, and she wanted to use some of the characters' weaknesses against them to make her plan happen. This is also the reason why Flint came back to the world, so viewers should expect more unpredictable surprises in Agents of SHIELD season 6 finale.
The story of Izel is becoming clear now; she emerged from her dimension millennia ago, and she used her abilities to make Monoliths. Her goal now is to allow her race to make their way to the Earth, and she enslaved the locals to build a temple focusing on the power of the Monoliths.
So, how far can Izel go? Is there a way to destroy and to stop her plans? As the synopsis suggests, some of the characters need to go to "hell and back" to take down the Big Bad, yet it is also a dangerous mission. But through this mission, there's also a possibility of a Ghost Rider cameo.
One thing feels sure, however, the storyline might not be resolved in a way what viewers expect. The previous episode also teased about the possible endgame and reminding everyone that Izel is terrible. There's a problem on how to stop her: finding a way on how to deceive her.
This Big Bad can inhabit other bodies, and she could use their emotional recoil as leverage. After she used Benzon, Izel embarked on a mission to Mexico along with her graviton intact so that she could unlock all evils into the world.
Meanwhile, the mission of Melinda May will be even more complicated. Stopping Izel is the most important thing to do, but then other important things go along with it - such as how Sarge factors into all of that.
Another thing is how Phil Coulson plays a role in some of this. How can they bring him back? She loves him, and she would do everything just to help him, but is there even anyone out there that could save this character?
Agents of SHIELD season 6 finale airs on Friday, August 2, on ABC.
