Ahead of its finale last May, SEAL Team has received its new season order from CBS. So, after reaching its second season conclusion, the cast and production of the series immediately moved on to the preparations for the upcoming installment.
As per Deadline, the series follows the most "elite" unit of the Navy SEALs. Quite obviously, this includes their professional and personal lives as they execute risky and dangerous missions for the country.
While the plot and course of the show may seem too easy to put together, it still requires enough commitment and dedication to become one of the network's top series materials. Hence, it is no wonder as to why all of the cast members are dedicating their time and effort to produce a new great and exciting season of SEAL Team.
Being an "ideal" SEAL Team member is not a very easy thing to do. And so much more when the team is billed as the most elite among them all. But then again, it is not surprising why the main cast members are gearing up for the show's arrival.
Cartermatt was able to obtain a few details about the show's preparation for the new season. And specifically about the cast members' ways of preparing for the show.
According to the publication, their acts are not the only thing that they are focusing on. As it happens, their physical traits and appearance also matter considering that the show's premise largely points it all out.
It has been revealed that almost everyone on the show is attending rigorous physical training sessions aside from their workout routines. And as per A.J. Buckley, who plays the role of Sonny, he follows a very strict routine to accommodate all of his responsibilities for the show.
He mentioned that workouts at 3 in the morning are very crucial. And aside from doing this, he, along with the other cast regulars, are also working for the show during the weekends. There are also several "fitness" sessions designed for their mental states. But above all these strict codes, they would still need to find time for their personal lives.
With these kinds of preparations, recent reports state that SEAL Team Season 3 will certainly be worth it once it arrives. And this is not only for the fandom's satisfaction but also for everyone who is working for the show's future.
In all truthfulness, little has been shared about SEAL Team Season 3. Teasers and trailers are not around. But even so, it has been already uncovered that the new season will premiere on October 2, on CBS.
