The much-awaited One Piece Chapter 952 failed to make it to the shelves this week since Weekly Shounen Jump went on a short break following its double issue last week. The weekly shonen manga anthology would be back to its normal schedule next week and that is when avid readers of the popular Japanese manga series would get the newest chapter. While it has been delayed, avid followers have to watch out for the upcoming installment as it is expected to reveal some major details.
First, spoilers suggested that One Piece Chapter 952 is very much likely to reveal the fate of Heart Pirates captain Trafalgar D. Water Law. Most fans can recall that Law agreed to be placed behind bars just to keep his crewmates away from danger. The latest chapter featured Beast Pirate headliner Basil Hawkins torturing the Heart Pirates leader as the former tries to get details about the group's plan on beating Emperor Kaido and the rest of the Beast Pirates. This, then, sparked speculations that Law's life might be put in danger.
Though Heart Pirates captain Trafalgar D. Water Law is considered a foe, there are some reports suggesting that X Drake would help him in One Piece Chapter 952. X Drake is, reportedly, interested in making an alliance with Law and Straw Hat Pirates leader Monkey D. Luffy. Spoilers have it that X Drake feels as if he owes Law and Luffy after they killed Joker, who was the person behind the death of his father.
One Piece Chapter 952 is also said to show the happenings after Straw Hat Pirates captain Monkey D. Luffy and his groupmates freed all the captives at the Prisoner's Mine. Most of the captives showed support to Luffy's team and, later, joined the Straw Hat Pirates alliance to hit back Lord Oden after Kozuki Momonosuke showed himself to them.
One of the highlights of the upcoming One Piece Chapter 952 is the clash of Emperor Kaido and Big Mom after they met at Onigashima. Beast Pirate commanders King the Wildfire, Jack the Drought, and Queen the Plague were afraid of Emperor Big Mom even if the latter was wearing Seastone handcuffs. When Kaido arrived, he ordered to release of Big Mom. However, to their surprise, Big Mom Pirates captain Charlotte Linlin attacked Kaido.
Devoted fans of the manga series witnessed the fight of Big Mom and Kaido, which divided the sky into half. The epic battle would continue in the forthcoming new installment, which is expected to arrive on Aug. 19. Its scans would be released on Aug. 16.
