The latest to report that the couple is are headed for splitsville is NW. A report from the outfit said that Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones have been having trouble in their almost two-decade marriage because the actor is increasingly getting worried about the difference in their age.
According to the magazine, the marriage is going to through some rocky patches because the age is becoming more and more of an issue. Unlike other marital conflicts, though, it seems that there is still a lot of love left in the relationship. The source said that this might not be enough to get back on track.
The informer added that because of Michael's age, he wants to slow things down more but Catherine, who is 25 years his junior, wants to achieve more. Michael is reportedly feeling insecure about their different trajectories at this point in their lives.

Based on the actress' recent posts, it can be seen that she is chatting with Hoda Kotb about her marriage on SiriusXM. She captioned the post: "The the story of how my love @michaelkirkdouglas got me."
The post would indicate that the couple are still as in love as ever even 18 years into their relationship. The actress constantly posts snaps of herself ad Michael as they spend lunch dates together. In one caption, she declared her love: "Lunch with my love. You make me so happy, darling."
In a recent report, Metro UK also shared that Catherine Zeta-Jones managed to pull off a gathering of their family members, bringing generations of Douglases together from 20 months old to 102 years old. Michael and Catherine hosted the reunion in Beverly Hills.
