Read at your own risk: This article contains spoilers for Supernatural Season 15.
With only less than two months left, Supernatural Season 15 is now fully preparing for its arrival on The CW. Along with it, the show's main stars have been sharing a few details and updates about the new season.
It is already common knowledge that the upcoming season will already serve as the final installment for the fantasy series. And because of this, it is expected that Supernatural Season 15 will feature much more surprising plots and twists in its course.
But while Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki are quite open with what's currently happening on set, there are a few essential information that has not been disclosed to the public yet. This is only fitting though as fans would not be happy for spoilers.
Even so, new things like Sam and Dean's new haircuts, character comebacks, and new details concerning the plot, are some of the most apparent updates that they are sharing with the fans.
According to CBR, Ackles and Padalecki typically share few things about Supernatural Season 15 on their respective social media accounts. And seeing their most recent posts gave the fans an idea on how the characters would look like once the new season drops.
It seemingly appears that the main stars have changed their look, from the haircut all the way to the much more visible beard. Aside from these minor changes, the posts also hint the fans that the new season will be filled with much more danger and action, thanks to the "scratches" and bruises seen on their faces.
Cosmopolitan might not be focused on Sam and Dean's new facial characteristics, but it seems that they've been getting a lot of new technical details about the show. As per the publication's newest update, Supernatural Season 15 will have a total of 20 episodes.
Although it's much shorter in comparison to the series' usual 22 to 23 episodes per season, the series' bosses confirmed that the number will be enough to conclude the show for good.
The final season will start with Chuck's infamous fourteenth season finale event when he welcomed Sam and Dean to the end. As it happened, every entity that Sam and Dean put to the death bed in the previous seasons rose up from the dead and will most likely set to wreak havoc on Earth.
Quite obviously, the Winchester brothers will try to put an end to this, once and for all. But whether it will be a good and happy ending or not, the series stars' have claimed that the finale will be justified.
Aside from Ackles and Padalecki's Sam and Dean Winchester, Season 15 will also feature Chuck and Amara's return as well as Jake Abel's Adam whom the fans last saw in Season 5.
Supernatural Season 15 premieres on October 10, on The CW.
