Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston were married for five years. Although their marriage didn’t work out, doesn’t mean that they are never going to get along ever again.

While the ex-spouses still have a long way to go to rebuild the friendship that they had before, they are doing a lot better than the previous years. This is the main reason why multiple reports claimed that Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston might be getting back together.

Now, OK! alleged that Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston are rekindling their romance. The tabloid took things further and claimed that the former husband and wife are “taking the next step.”

The big leap consisted of Brad Pitt introducing Jennifer Aniston to his six children, 18-year-old Maddox, 15-year-old Pax, 14-year-old Zahara, 13-year-old Shiloh, and 11-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne. “They recently had a secret meeting. Jen was so nervous, but she passed the test with flying colors,” the source alleged.

The tabloid purported that Brad Pitt’s children had a great time with Jennifer Aniston. “She really won them over when she started talking to the boys about the video games they like to play,” the tipster added. “The kids told Brad they love Jen and that they think she’s so cool.”

While the story sounded sweet, Gossip Cop slammed the report, stating that there is no truth to the claim. The site pointed out that both camps have denied multiple times that Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston are getting back together. Gossip Cop also noted the story about the 50-year-old actress, film producer, and businesswoman meeting her ex-husband’s kids never happened.

Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston never denied the fact that they talk, but just “occasionally.” However, this admission led to a lot of speculations and false stories about their relationship. It all started when Brad Pitt attended Jennifer Aniston's 50th birthday. But the incident was pretty innocent than what other outlets made it look like.

"He wanted to support Jen, and it was a momentous occasion. But that's the extent of it,” a source told E! News. “It was a social evening with a lot of people who have been a part of her life. They definitely aren't dating or on that path. They are friendly, but that's it."

Although the thought of Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston rekindling their romance is far from happening at this point, it is safe to say that they are doing a lot better.
