Additional facts were released about Rapper Noel (Real Name: Jang Yong Joon)'s drunk driving crash. Noel is the son of Jang Jaewon, the member of Barun Party.

On September 9th, SBS 8 PM News delivered CCTV video that shows Jang's crash while driving drunk. The accident happened on September 7th at night. The rapper was driving his Mercedes Benz near Mapo Gu in Seoul around 2 am and collided with a motorcycle.

Noel's blood alcohol content was said to have been at 0.08% that results in his licence revoked. Jang was not injured. However, the motorcyclist was lightly wounded.

During the Police's questioning, the victim said, "Jang Yong Joon tried to settle the agreement by offering money and he also revealed that his father is a member of a political party." Noel told the police that another person was driving, which caused a suspicion of trying to switch a driver.

The released video in CCTV showed a white car driving fast until it crashed with a motorcycle. The motorcycle immediately fell to the ground with a spark of flames on the road.

Lee, the victim, reported to the police right after the accident, "a car hit me from the back and fled." Lee continued, "Jang came back with a bag of medicine and said, 'I want to cover this with medical fees. Please make the settlement with me.'"

Lee said there was no other male driver until Jang and one woman in the car left for Police's questioning. They left the scene about 20 minutes after the accident occurred.

Lee also said that Noel's mother consistently attempted to contact him to plead for the agreement. "She begged saying, 'I am so sorry as his mother. It is a big issue now.'"

The Chief officer, Min Gapryong, said, "We are reinforcing the investigation team to find out the details of Jang's attempt to switch the driver."

Jang stated via Indigo Music SNS that he would suspend all his entertainment activities after he admitted of his crash. "As a father, I am unspeakably painful," wrote his father. The politician Jang expressed apology to the public.
