Despite his popularity, George Clooney had managed to keep his private life under the radar. Of course, people have bombarded him with questions regarding his wife, marriage, and kids, and he would usually answer these queries in the most nonchalant way possible.
And since George and Amal Clooney don’t say much about their personal lives, some tabloids took the liberty to create their speculations. One of those speculations is Amal Clooney’s baby bump.
According to Life & Style, George and Amal Clooney are expecting again. The headline of its August issue read: “George & Amal Twins Again! First Bump Pics!” The magazine then added a photo of the pair and pointed at the 41-year-old Lebanese-British barrister’s stomach and wrote, “Due in January!”
Life & Style even added some notes at the bottom of the cover of the magazine. The bullet points read: “How they got through ‘rocky period’ in their marriage” and “Michelle (Obama) & Meghan (Markle) throwing Amal’s baby shower!”
The tabloid claims that Amal Clooney’s baby bump was evident when she was spotted outside her and George Clooney’s Lake Como estate in July. The source then alleged that the 58-year-old actor, director, producer, and filmmaker is “traveling less frequently to LA and they went through couple’s counseling, which has helped improve communication. They’re not arguing as much. It seems like a spark has been reignited in their marriage.”
Before the Amal Clooney baby bump rumor gets out of hand, Gossip Cop quickly slammed the report, stating that there is no truth to the claims. The site noted that George Clooney’s rep denied the report regarding the couple expecting another set of twins. Also, the rep said that there is no truth to the claims that George and Amal Clooney were having marital problems before the alleged pregnancy.
Meanwhile, this is not the first time that George and Amal Clooney were rumored to have issues in their marriage. Back in June 2018, Life & Style claimed that Amal dumped George on their fourth wedding anniversary. The couple was also rumored to be heading to Splitsville earlier this year. As you may have guessed by now, those reports were untrue as George and Amal are still very much married.
