Most people dream of becoming rich and famous — BTS is living that dream. Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook are arguably seven of the most popular men in the world right now. They started their career in South Korea, and they have successfully expanded their brand internationally.
Before their two-month hiatus, BTS gifted ARMYs with a docuseries called Bring The Soul: The Movie. In it, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook shared the behind the scenes of their journey during their 2018 Love Yourself world tour, making fans learn about them even more.
There were a lot of amazing, tear-jerking, and proud moments in the Bring The Soul: The Movie. But one particular moment was so raw and endearing that it touched a lot of hearts.
Episode 3 was particularly heart-wrenching when Jimin told a story about BTS’s hard times during a dinner with Jungkook. The title of the episode already gave fans the heads up that it’s going to be emotional as it was called “Relationship.”
In one scene, Jimin and Jungkook had dinner together, and the former got emotional talking about the BTS members and their hard times. “They said, after drinking, I came to the hotel and asked for more soju. Then, I said I'm lonely. I kept saying I don’t think using separate rooms was a good idea.” Jimin told Jungkook. “I cried talking about the members.”
Jungkook tried to make the moment less sad by teasing Jimin, saying, “Why? Why’d you cry? You like us so much?” But Jimin was so emotional that the maknae’s attempt didn’t work. He said, "Not because I like you guys so much, but because you guys were all going through hard times. I was too."
Jimin then said that people told him not to care too much, but he said it’s impossible for him not to care about his members because they are a team, and Jungkook agreed. Jimin’s revelation goes to show that the BTS boys are not just friends; they are family. They care deeply for one another and have helped one another get through some difficult times.
ARMYs then took to social media to share how they feel about the episode. “Watched the new bring the soul ep today, and it's just so evident how much jimin loves and treasures bts. not just as a group or even a team but as his friends. as his family,” one fan wrote. “If you're sad, just remember that Jimin cried not because he was having a hard time but because the rest of BTS was having a hard time too,” another one shared.
