Kate Middleton was a commoner like the rest of us. But, when she met Prince William at the University of St. Andrews in Fife, Scotland when she became a student in 2001, she probably didn’t realize she would be Queen of England one day.

Marrying a prince was just a dream or a fairytale. But, Kate Middleton proved to everyone that it could be a reality. Now, the former commoner is married to the future ruler of England, making her a future Queen.

Although she was not born a Royal, Kate Middleton possesses all the characteristics and values of a true Princess. Appearance-wise, the Duchess of Cambridge is a Royalty from head to toe. The 37-year-old is tall, beautiful, and has a smile that can melt hearts.

Kate Middleton also handles her obligations as the wife of Prince William like a pro. In fact, Royal experts said that the Duchess of Cambridge is ready to be Queen.

“She knew enough, she’d seen enough and she’d experienced enough, so she was very well aware of what the responsibilities and demands were going to be,” Royal biographer Sally Bedell Smith said. “She has the knowledge and poise.”

Despite not having a Royal blood, Kate Middleton had always been confident with her capabilities. The Duchess of Cambridge never failed to show how strong of a woman she is, garnering her positive reviews for years.

“That is the essence of being a member of the royal family,” Smith said. “It’s taking a leaf out of the book of both the Queen Mother and the Queen, who has this extraordinary ability to combine a regal quality with a palpable humility... That kind of discretion worked because otherwise you open the floodgates and counteract the majesty [of the role].”

Kate Middleton takes her job very seriously. She wouldn’t let herself be a part of something that she is not passionate about. “Kate speaks knowledgeably about her charities, and that indicates she is mastering her brief,” Bedell Smith shared.

Meanwhile, before taking her future role as the Queen of England, Kate Middleton is busy doing her obligations as the Duchess of Cambridge. Even though she completes her responsibilities, it’s no secret that her main and top priority is her duty as a wife to Prince William and a mother to their three young children: 6-year-old Prince George, 4-year-old Princess Charlotte, and one-year-old Prince Louis.
