On many occasions, BTS member V has proven that he is the epitome of friendship goals. This time around, he took on the role of fellow BTS member J-Hope's hypeman for his Chicken Noodle Soup collaboration with Becky G.
According to a report by All Kpop, BTS V was the first to support J-Hope's highly successful Chicken Noodle Soup solo track by taking on the #CNSChallenge on TikTok. V, also known to fans for his real name Kim Tae-Hyung, won the fans' hearts when he sneakily danced while J-Hope was doing a broadcast on V Live to thank the fans for the track's success.
The recently crowned Prince Charming of KPop immediately went viral as V's CNS Challenge on TikTok garnered over one million views in just two hours. It currently has 10 million views and is now the most viewed and most liked video on BTS' TikTok account.
It seems that Kim Tae-Hyung's support for J-Hope does not end with one video because he did a total of five videos and blessed fans with different versions of the Chicken Noodle Soup dance.
Apart from performing the CNS Challenge on Hoseok's VLive, he did an individual version of the dance, did the CNS challenge again with the maknae line and did it twice more on two of Hobi's broadcasts. He also goofed around in one of J-Hope's videos and did a funny version of the dance.
BTS' V is considered as one of the group's social media powerhouses because of his uncanny ability to connect with netizens on different platforms. He went trending in different countries simply by tweeting a single greeting on Twitter.
Kim Tae-Hyung has also proven his magic with his collaborations due to his popularity. According to a report, V's Walk the Runway was the bestseller in BTS' collaboration with PLAYUP lens.
When BTS collaborated with VT Cosmetics to launch a perfume, V's Eau de Musk quickly sold out all over the world in record time. Each time the item was restocked, the item quickly vanished in the inventory because of high demand.
V's Funko Pop was also notably the most expensive item in the BTS line because of its trending value. Kim Taehyung's Tata is also considered the most popular BT21 character. It was no surprise Tata sales for Uniqlo merchandise ranked the highest volume of sales on Taobao. The list does not end there as V's doll was the first to sell out for their collaboration with Mattel.
