Since their fathers are brothers, many expected that Prince Harry and Princess Beatrice grew up together and had a close relationship. However, the future bride seemingly proved that it wasn’t the case at all.
A new report claimed that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are not on Princess Beatrice’s wedding guest list. “Tension has been brewing between Harry and Meghan and the York girls for months now,” a palace source told Woman’s Day. “Beatrice has confessed to friends that if she gets her way, they won’t be invited.”
Rumor has it that the feud between Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, and the Yorks started when the Duchess of Sussex decided to debut her baby bump at Princess Eugenie’s royal wedding last October. Since royal pregnancies are always seen as highly exciting news, it allegedly overshadowed the bride’s moment.
“As soon as Harry and Meghan officially confirmed their pregnancy via Instagram as they began their tour to Australia days after Eugenie’s wedding, you'll recall that her mum [Sarah Ferguson] dropped a treasure trove of Eugenie's wedding pics just hours after,” a source added. “It was obviously done on purpose as revenge.”
The royals and the Buckingham Palace have not addressed this issue. Just like any other royal rumors, this has yet to be verified.
Meanwhile, it seems that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle just couldn’t catch a break from all the controversies. The Duke of Sussex recently released a lengthy rant online about how the press treated his wife, and he was heavily criticized for it. Also, the Duchess of Sussex had been receiving a lot of backlash over anything ever since she joined the royal family last year.
In fact, when Prince Harry appeared to be less cheerful than usual in his recent appearances, many blamed Meghan Markle for it. One netizen said that the Duke of Sussex “lost his spark” after he married the former actress. “I am disappointed with Prince Harry. Also, feel somewhat sad. He’s certainly lost his spark since his marriage to the Actress who was introduced to him by Michelle Obama,” the fan wrote.
