Red Velvet's Joy is melting the hearts of fans after she posted photos that were taken by her mother on her personal Instagram account.

According to a report by All Kpop, Red Velvet Joy shared several photos of herself that were taken at an arts and crafts shop during her day off. Joy posed with antique china sets, ceramic displays, and printed textiles and said that her mother took them. 

While Joy's mom was not in the photos, fans expressed happiness that the Red Velvet member was spending some time with her. They also observed that Joy's mom had great photography skills and framed the photos quite well. 

Red Velvet's Joy is, currently busy with the filming of lifestyle show Get It Beauty along with Jang Yoon Joo and new co-host Eunseo from WJSN. Joy is also busy participating in Red Velvet's group activities. 

Meanwhile, Red Velvet maintained its strong third-place position in the brand value ranking for girl groups this October. With their current ranking, Irene, Joy, Seulgi, Wendy, and Yeri rose from their fifth-place finish in the combined idol reputation rankings last September, reported Soompi.

Red Velvet trails (G) IDLE who took the top spot with 15,678,703 in brand reputation index. The second spot belonged to TWICE with a 9,407,113 score. Red Velvet rounded out the Top 3 with 5,580,904 this October.

The brand reputation rankings are a monthly analysis conducted by the Korea Institute of Corporate Reputation, which determines celebrities' performance in terms of consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community indexes using big data. 

Red Velvet, which has been steadily performing positively in the ranking, is expected to stage one more comeback this year with the third installment of The ReVe Festival series.

It can be recalled that, during the release of The ReVe Festival Day 1 in June, Irene said that the management plans to release the comeback in three parts this year to highlight different sides of the group. 

Red Velvet kicked off their comeback with The ReVe Festival Day 1 with the whimsical dance hit Zimzalabim with a funhouse theme. The ReVe Festival Day 2, released in August, had a water park inspired vibe with the title track Umpah Umpah. The song described the feeling of learning how to swim with a special someone. The ReVe Festival Day 3 could be released before the end of the year to cap off Red Velvet's successful year.
