Big Hit Entertainment and the tattoo shop involved in Jungkook's dating rumors are considering legal action against those who are fanning the flames of false information. Big Hit seeks to sue the noraebang worker who leaked the CCTV footage of the BTS member, while the tattoo shop owner is considering reporting malicious commenters for disrupting his business.

According to a report by All Kpop, Big Hit will file charges of law violations and defamation against the noraebang employee who was found to be the source of photos that linked Jungkook to a female tattoo artist from Geoje Island. The female tattoo artist, who is only being identified as "A" by the media, is also reportedly planning to file charges against the worker after she suffered massive online bullying because of the dating rumors.

It can be recalled that dating rumors grew rampant during Jungkook's break when he visited his friends at Geoje Island. The CCTV screen capture of Jungkook, allegedly, giving the tattoo artist a back hug led to speculations that they were in a relationship.

Big Hit Entertainment's action came at the heels of a statement issued by the tattoo shop on the agency's lack of action in the wake of Jungkook dating rumors, Koreaboo reported.

According to the statement, the tattoo shop initially met with Big Hit Entertainment about how to handle the matter. The shop has been the target of abusive posts since the news broke out about Jungkook's alleged dating scandal.

While the owner initially followed the agency's advice to stay quiet until the issue dies down, he complained that Big Hit took no responsibility for the incident and even made it appear that the shop was seeking compensation from the agency for all the damage they suffered because of the rumors.

In his statement, the owner further claimed that, apart from the abusive language and defamatory statements posted about his business, they were also reported to the police based on false claims. The abuse also extends to the owner's family members as bashers relentlessly attack online.

In the statement, the owner also defended the female tattoo artist in the photos and said that she is a simple and hard-working artist who excels in her craft. He further said that they would no longer be relying on Big Hit Entertainment after they lost contact with the agency.

Instead, the owner said that they are also working with real fans of BTS who are helping them track down the malicious commenters to hold them accountable for their actions. The shop owner also clarified that he would no longer be answering questions about the rumors.
