After resolving the shooting case at a nightclub, FBI Season 2 now moves onto a new case. This time, it will focus on a loving husband and father, Jim Russo.

Little is known about Jim Russo's character. Even so, it is now revealed that Claybourne Elder will play him.

The synopsis hints that his character, Jim, is a family man who is just working for his family. However, after his "accidental" involvement with illegal dealings, an unknown group kidnaps him.

Agent Bell, along with the whole crew, will certainly try everything in their effort to resolve another case. Besides, an innocent man now faces danger. So, it is not unlikely for the crew to take things lightly.

While FBI Season 2 Episode 5 titled, Crossroads, will focus on a kidnapping case, it has also been hinted that Jubal will face a separate challenge on his end. Based on Cartermatt's scoop for the upcoming episode, it seems that Jubal, along with his family, will be at "crossroads."

It may seem vague for some. But, things will make sense once the new episode arrives on the network. Nevertheless, this might be referring to the family's future.

In the most recent episode, Kristen faced a similar dilemma. As it happened, she "wrestled" with her commitment to her work and responsibilities in the community. And it seemed like it's a personal battle for her, which allowed her character to flourish further.

Similarly, Jubal's upcoming dilemma will surely create an opportunity for his character to grow. This kind of dynamic is only fitting given that FBI Season 2 has been previously revealed to be an installment where both major and minor characters will "grow" in life. And these personal dilemmas might be what the previous hints are referring to.

The upcoming episode might also feel like an isolated case for either Jubal and Jim Russo. Even so, some reports assert that the events in this episode, as well as from the previous ones, will likely have huge ramifications in the center plot of the season.

No trailer has been released yet. But for now, fans may enjoy some photos and previews for FBI Season 2 Episode 5 on Showbiz Junkies' site.

The show will continue to drop new episodes on a Tuesday slot on CBS. And the episode, Crossroads will air on October 22.
