Song Ga-in participated in 'Fame', which is one of the double title songs of MC Mong's 8th studio album 'CHANNEL8'. It will be released at 6 pm on October 25th. Song's joining in her fellow singer's song is not unusual. However, as MC Mong was suspected of evading mandatory military service, the public's opinion on her move is not positive.
MC Mong's regular album release is about 4 years after 'U.F.O' in July 2016.
MC Mong has joined an official listening event after 8 years and a half since his last press conference in regards to the suspected charge of mandatory military service evasion in April, 2011.
MC Mong was found guilty of an attempt to dodge mandatory military service as obstructing public servants' operations. He applied for state-administrated exams to avoid the military obligation. The rapper was sentenced to jail for six months suspended for one year. He was also ordered to do 120 hours of community service. After the court's ruling, the rapper could not redeem his popularity. Without appearing in public, MC Mong has been focused on his music activity.
As there was a negative opinion about MC Mong, there is a concern about Miss Trot star Song Ga-in.

MC Mong also expressed his gratitude towards Song saying he feels sorry. He said in a listening event, "My song was in need of addition of traditional vocals. Thankfully, Song Ga-in who is very popular and busy decided to participate only by seeing the music itself. I wish that there would be no damage on her through this."
