Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are not happy about adopting conventional royal roles as royals. Observers said that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have a different style that there's a danger for them to never be contented with their lives.
According to Richard Fitzwilliams, two things have been cleared in the documentary Harry & Meghan: An African Journey, which aired on television in the first week of October. First, the Sussex royals appear to be unhappy with the family's traditional ways because this "isn't their style." Second, by taking swipe at royal traditions, such as having a stiff upper lip and never showing emotions in public, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle might not find contentment.
Fitzwilliams said that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle seemed to favor emotional appeals in public or legal actions against the tabloid media. However, if these two unconventional steps still make them unhappy as royals, then what will their next moves be?
The expert went on to imply that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's lives will not get easier if they remain as working royals. Being a working royal makes them open to public attention and criticisms, which will always bring discontent.
Rumors have been rife about the Sussex royals moving away from London to live a peaceful life away from the press elsewhere. They have considered a South African move but new reports stated that Prince Harry, Meghan Markle and Archie could relocate to the United States, specifically in California, where the duchess grew up.
According to The Sun, their six-week trip to the U.S. West coast this November is seen as a test for a potential relocation. Senior royals reportedly think that this vacation would mark as a precedent for the Sussex's exit to the royal family.
A source said that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are looking for a house in the United States to become their second home. There seems to be an acceptance at the London palace that the Sussex royals can't work full-time in Windsor anymore.
However, people close to the couple would not comment on the speculations but instead confirmed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are flying off to the United States at the end of the year. They will be celebrating Thanksgiving with Meghan Markle's mom, Doria Ragland but they are expected to be back in the U.K. in time for the Queen's annual Christmas lunch.
