Group MONSTA X won the first trophy in "The Show".
On November 5th, Monsta X claimed the top at the SBS MTV 'The Show'. Monsta X, Tomorrow X Together, and Song Ha Ye were the top candidates.
'The Show' was prepared with debut and comeback stage of various singers. BDC (Kim Si-hoon, Hong Seong-jun, Yoon Jung-hwan), who made their debut on October 29th, performed the title song 'Remember Me'. The new team showcased stable performance and stage utilization that stood out. In particular, attention was drawn to the fact that member Kim Si-hoon participated in their choreography.
The debut stage of HINAPIA (Minkyung, Yebin, Kyungwon, Eunwoo, and Bada) drew much attention before the broadcast. HINAPIA is a five-member girl group with Minkyung, Yebin, Kyungwon, Eunwoo, and the new member Bada. All four people except Bada made debut again.
HINAPIA's title song, "DRIP," is a pop genre based on electronic music, featuring ethnic melodies and R & B technique. The new group group gave off their trained charisma to announce a new beginning.
A.C.E (Jun, Dong-hoon, Wo-oo, Kim Byung-gwan, Chan) made a comeback with "SAVAGE". A.C.E, who returned to a more intense performance, caught the eye with a dynamic stage. For stage costumes, she chose black and white fashion that matched accessories such as berets and ties.
Tomorrow X Together (Subin, Fed, Bumkyu, Taehyun, and Huningkai), one of the no.1 candidates, staged the title song '' Run Away '' and the song '' New Rules. '' Run Away" is a refreshing and youthful concept, the audience could feel intense boyhood on 'New Rules' performance.
MONSTA X (Shownu, Minhyuk, Kihyun, Hyungwon, Joohoney, I.M.) became the top candidate as soon as they made their comeback. MONSTA X has come back with a new mini album 'FOLLOW': FIND YOU' in 8 months.
Monsta X recently suffered from a series of bad news. Former member Wonho withdrew due to Jung Da-Eun's revelation from '' Ulzzang Era '', and terminated his exclusive contract with Starship Entertainment after the cannabis smoking controversy. Shownu was also distressed by the illegally fabricated photos distributed online. Starship Entertainment stated that they would take legal actions against those malicious attempts.
MONSTA X showed its dynamic performance and stable singing with the title song 'FOLLOW'. 'FOLLOW' is a dance song that harmonizes the sound of Korean folk instruments based on EDM sound to create a unique and intense atmosphere.
The first place went back to Monsta X. Minhyuk said, "Winning the top is a very pleasant and happy thing. I will become a singer who can deliver happiness to the MONBEBE(the name of group's fandom)."
Joohoney said, "Thank you very much Monbebe. I wanted to tell you something. We will become the group that stands up again even if we may fall.. All thanks to Monbebe."
