Sad news for ASTRO fans. Fantagio Music has announced that Moonbin will not be joining promotions for the group's comeback due to health concerns.
In their statement, the label asked for the understanding of the AROHAs and explained that after a thorough check up, doctors recommended for Moonbin to take a break to focus on his rest and treatment, Soompi reported.
However, the label confirmed that all activities will push through for ASTRO's comeback on November 20.
Fantagio Music recently unveiled individual posters of the members which excited fans for the new concept for its sixth mini album, Blue Flame.
According to a report by All Kpop, Fantagio Music dropped 12 individual concept photos, featuring two photos per member last November 11.
Based on the theme, the pictorial was shot at an old fashioned library. The members appeared pensive as they posed with books and antique trinkets.
The agency earlier revealed that ASTRO's mini album will feature two concepts - The Book and the Story. The teasers were part of the book version while the story version is expected to come out within the next three days.
ASTRO's comeback album will reportedly carry a total of five songs including the title track Blue Flame, When the Wind Blows, Go & Stop, All About You and You're My World.
ASTRO rappers JinJin and Rocky lent their personal touch to Blue Flame and wrote the rap lyrics for the song. Rocky took charge of writing the lyrics for When the Wind Blows and collaborated with AVANTGARDE to compose the music for the track, Hello Kpop reported.
Meanwhile, after completing his drama Rookie Historian Goo Hae Ryung, ASTRO member Cha Eun Woo is reportedly being eyed to appear in the drama version of the webtoon, True Beauty, Cosmopolitan reported.
It was reported that True Beauty author Yaongyi personally picked Cha Eun Woo to play the male lead in the drama adaptation of her work. She also picked BLACKPINK's Jisoo to play the lead character, Ju Gyung.
True Beauty is the story of a regular girl who finds online fame because of her make up skills. Cha Eun Woo's potential character, Suho, develops an interest in Ju Gyung when he meets her in a local bookstore. He falls for her in her natural state, bare of any make up.
Cha Eun Woo is no stranger to webtoon adaptations. He previously starred in the first Revenge Note series, as well as the romantic comedy, My ID is Gangnam Beauty. BLACKPINK's Jisoo recently made her acting debut on tvN's Arthdal Chronicles.
Fans are already lobbying YG Entertainment to allow Jisoo to do the project, citing that this will be a good opportunity for her to hone her acting skills. Fans also said that she will definitely have great chemistry with Cha Eun Woo.
