Did Kate Middleton have a surrogate pregnancy for Princess Charlotte? This was one of the biggest rumors going around when Prince William and his wife welcomed their second child at the a London hospital's Lindo Wing in 2015.

Sources quoting a Russian newspaper said that Kate and Prince William were at the hospital for Princess Charlotte's birth. However, it was allegedly not the duchess who went into labor but a surrogate mother.

Reports said that Kate Middleton was wearing a fake baby belly the whole time she was supposedly with a child. The source also implied that she knew this to be the case because there was no natural "special maternal look" in Kate's eyes.

However, with no concrete proof to prove this allegation that the Duchess of Cambridge faked her pregnancy, the story remains a widely circulated fabrication. In 2017, the story about Kate Middleton using a surrogate once again drew headlines when Prince William's wife was pregnant for a third time with Prince Louis. Allegedly, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge had an In Vitro pregnancy and used a surrogate to carry the child to term because Kate was supposedly a physical and mental mess.

The rumors went on to presume that it was impossible for Kate to look incredibly amazing just hours after giving birth. Indeed, the Duchess of Cambridge was in and out of the hospital looking fresh and well-made up after she had Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis that it was as if her body didn't go through any struggle or labor.

Gossip Cop, however, debunked the story about Kate's surrogate pregnancy. A palace source said that these stories were "tabloid rubbish."

Meanwhile, speculations that Kate is pregnant with their fourth child continue to draw some buzz. Despite the Cambridge family raising three young kids, reports revealed that Prince William and Kate might be looking to expand the family even more.

Early this year, Kate expressed eagerness for another child again when she was at an event and met a father and his baby. She allegedly felt "broody" with the presence of the little boy.

Kate joked to a crowd of media people that Prince William could be slightly worried if they did have a fourth child. A source said that despite this, Prince William and Kate actually want more children as they love to watch the kids grow up and develop their traits.
