EXO announced adjustments to its comeback schedule for OBSESSION after the news of Goo Hara's death. SM Entertainment stated that the showcase scheduled for November 27 was canceled for the meantime.

According to a report by All Kpop, EXO's much-anticipated comeback showcase for OBSESSION was originally scheduled for November 27 at 11 am KST. However, as the industry mourned the unexpected passing of Hara, the second Kpop star to die in two months, the agency decided to move the scheduled activities.

"We express our deep condolences regarding this tragic news, and we pray for the memory of the deceased," the agency said in its statement.

The news came at the heels of EXO's announcement that the release of the teasers will also be delayed.

This was not the first time that the Kpop industry came together to mourn the death of one of its artists. When Sulli was found dead in her home at the age of 25 last October, agencies decided to postpone multiple activities to pay their respects to one of their own.

SM Entertainment's activities which included schedules for Super Junior, SuperM, NCT 127 and several other artists, were pushed back to mourn Sulli's death.

EXO's comeback is expected to feature 10 songs, including the title track, OBSESSION , Trouble, Jekyll, Groove, Ya Ya Ya, Baby You Are, Non Stop, Day After Day, Butterfly Effect, and the Chinese version of OBSESSION.

OBSESSION will also feature a hip hop genre with dark and edgy lyrics. EXO's new comeback has excited fans for some time after teasers were released showcasing the members in good vs evil concepts.

Based on SM Entertainment's webpage, pre-orders for the album have already sold out for the EXO and XEXO versions. The EXO version featured members in their hero concepts while XEXO version showed the members as villains.

This will be the first time that EXO will release an album with only six members because many of its members are on hiatus. It can be recalled that both Xiumin and D.O. started their mandatory enlistment this year, while Lay was unable to participate in the album because of his tight schedule for his Chinese solo activities.

Even though only Suho, Chen, Baekhyun, Kai, Chanyeol and Sehun are left to promote the album, SM Entertainment assured that the members will do their best for their comeback. The agency recently released a teaser showing the members practicing the choreography for OBSESSIONAll Kpop reported.
