The sixth season of NCIS: New Orleans is now nine episodes deep. With the latest installment just finished its course on small screens, many are hooked and now wondering what will happen next.
Based on reports, the episode titled, Convicted, which just aired a few hours ago, is an installment where Pride's team tried to seek justice for LaSalle's death. Unfortunately, Eddie Barrett was able to provide an alibi witness to omit himself from the case.
Quite obviously, this is bad news for the crew as they know he had something to do with Lucas Black's character's death in NCIS: New Orleans Season 6. While fans and viewers know that the team will soon get to the bottom of what happened, it might take time.
According to Cartermatt, there will be no new episode next week and the week after that. Sadly, fans will need to wait for two weeks before witnessing the continuation of the course.
It was also shared that no details were shared as to why the show is taking a two-week hiatus. It was revealed, however, that NCIS: New Orleans Season 6 Episode 10 will serve as the final installment for this year, which saddens further the fandom.
It is also worth noting that no details were shared yet for the upcoming episode. For all the publication knows is that Episode 10 will be called Requital.
The episode was said to feature a holiday-theme. It is only fitting, though, considering that Christmas is approaching, especially on that date. Some fans agreed that it might be a good thing for the series to feature such a theme since Season 6 has been stressful and heartbreaking.
After the said episode, no one knows as well when the show will return next year. But, Cartermatt asserted that there will be huge changes for NCIS: New Orleans Season 6.
Based on claims, the show's schedule will be moved from its Tuesday slot to the Sunday night schedule in February. It was also stated that new episodes of New Orleans will come after NCIS: Los Angeles.
So far, these are the only details that were shared with the public. It is likely that more information will be released in the next few weeks, especially once NCIS: New Orleans Season 6 Episode 10 finishes its course on December 17, on CBS.
