On the anniversary of their engagement two years ago, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle shared a never-before-seen photo from their royal wedding. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were engaged on Nov. 27, 2017, and now they are three in the family with the arrival of baby Archie Harrison last May 6, 2019.

The Sussex royals shared the rare snap from their wedding day on their Instagram. In it, Meghan can be seen too happy, and Prince Harry quite amused as they had their arms around each other. The photo caption was pretty straightforward and stated that since they're engagement, they have celebrated their first wedding anniversary and the birth of their son.

According to People, the photo was taken by Chris Allerton after the ceremony at the St. George's Chapel in Windsor Castle. It was part of a series of black and white photos. The palace also released after the wedding.

Prince Harry and Meghan's engagement was one for the history books. It showed that here's a progressive royal family who is accepting a biracial bride despite the British's history of colonialism.

Meghan, however, is not the first biracial royal family member. According to History, 18th century's Queen Charlotte of Mecklenburg-Strelitz, the wife of King George III, was dubbed as the first black princess. She was related to a black Portuguese royal family member, and historical accounts revealed that her features were of African descent.

Meanwhile, like everyone in America, Prince Harry and Meghan also celebrated Thanksgiving. Since the duchess is American, the couple posted their heart-warming greetings to those observing the holiday as well, in keeping with her American tradition.

According to E! News, it's unclear where Prince Harry and Meghan, along with baby Archie are having Thanksgiving this year. But last October, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex confirmed they were going on a six-week break to the United States, where they will also spend Archie's first Christmas with Meghan's mom, Doria Ragland.

While in the U.S., the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are also expected to meet with people they are likely going to work with for their royal engagements in 2020. It's been rumored that Prince Harry and Meghan will also be looking for a house on the West Coast so that they can spend half their time in the United States while little Archie is growing up. Buckingham Palace, however, has not confirmed if Prince Harry and Meghan will be moving temporarily to the United States.
