BTS member Jungkook tattooed-Midas hands strike again. The Korean singer has sold out not just one brand of shoes but two in just a couple of weeks.
Jungkook may be the least fashionable member of the group but when it comes to shoes, he is definitely killing it. Many BTS ARMY has known that the usual fashion for the singer is jeans, a white shirt, jacket, and rubber shoes or his ever favorite Timberland. But lately, JK seems to be trying out several styles and brands of sneakers and most of the time, his choices are attention-grabbing pieces.
He was recently spotted wearing an AKIII CLASSIC 2020 Chunky Shoes when the BTS members showed up at the Gimpo Airport and turned it into a runway. The brand immediately got sold out on the online fashion site Zalora in all countries. The kicks sell at around $75 a pair.
The "Euphoria" singer also sold out DVS TERROR WALKER 2 in Korea's largest online fashion shop, Musinsa. Jungkook wore this brand of shoes when he along with his bandmates left Korea for their BTS's 5th Muster in Japan.
BTS fans had grabbed all remaining stocks of these pairs of shoes that the singer worn at the airport in the past couple of weeks. But these products are not only items that Jungkook had inadvertently sold out. In the past, he had made BTS ARMY ran to grocery stores to grab his favorite fabric softener, toothbrush, or wine.
Jungkook not only sold out pieces of his wardrobe, but he has also been recognized as well for bringing hanbok back to light. The K-pop idol showed up at the airport on several occasions wearing the modern-style of the Korean traditional dress. BTS ARMY not only feel in love with hanbok all over again but to the singer as well for showing appreciation to his culture.
Meanwhile, BTS fans don't have to wait long before seeing Jungkook showcasing new items on his outfit again. The multi-awarded group is set to hit the airport later this month for the U.S.
The "Idol" singers are set to perform at the Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve in New York City's Times Square on December 31. Before the New Year's event, the group will also hit the red carpet and perform at the 2019 SBS Gayo Daejun on Christmas Day and at the 2019 KBS Music Festival on December 27.
