Rick and Morty season 4 episode 6 is not yet here and fans have been wondering when will Adult Swim release the episode. The animated series is currently on its midseason break but, until now, there's no update when will the titular characters be back on the small screen.

Rick and Morty season 4 episode 6 has already been delayed and some fans were upset about it. Series creators Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland promised there would be no more delays and waiting gaps between episodes. Yet, fans are waiting for the sixth episode until now and there's still no update.

The fourth installment premiered in November 2019 and, then, it goes on its midseason break in December 2019. Since then, fans haven't heard any news about Rick and Morty season 4 episode 6. The gap between episodes was usually one week, so the delay is quite long now.

Although there's no news about the episode, Rick and Morty was recently featured in Pringles' Super Bowl ad. The 30-second clip showed the titular characters, and some fans assumed Adult Swim will unveil the release date of the fourth episode.

In the clip, Rick and Summer are watching TV and then an animated Pringles advert appeared on the screen. Morty suddenly entered the room and holding several tubes of the snack, and asked his grandfather and sister if they wanted to stack different flavors to create new combo flavors.

Rick seemed to notice that Morty is being different, so he tackles him to the floor. Morty's mask falls off and revealed he's actually a robot. Summer panicked and asked what's going on, Rick answered they were trapped in a Pringles commercial.

She then asked how they can get out in the commercial, but Rick said they can't. At the end of the clip, more robot Morty entered the room while eating Pringles and seemingly attacking Rick and Summer. With the clip being teased during the Super Bowl, some assumed the air date will be unveiled.

However, the release date wasn't yet revealed and the clip is likely made for commercial purposes. Adult Swim said Rick and Morty season 4 episode 6 will "return in 2020," but fans fear the official air date is far off. Some speculated it might be dropped in March 2020.

Meanwhile, fans should be prepared once Rick and Morty season 4 episode 6 arrives as it will feature some exciting stories. For instance, Rick will, reportedly, die several times to avoid being born in the Nazi world. In addition, the episode will also feature lustful dragons and floating Jerry.
