Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are now in Canada to begin their new lives after they stepped down as senior members of the royal family. There are reports the Duke of Sussex is now missing his friends in the United Kingdom, while Madonna is offering them to move to New York and rent her apartment.
The Queen of Pop surprisingly offered her £5.6-million New York apartment to the Sussexes in an Instagram post. "Do Megan and Prince Harry want to sublet my apartment on Central Park West??" she captioned her video. At the time, the music legend was in London for her Madame X tour and recorded the clip while at the backstage.
In the footage, Madonna urged Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to move to the U.S. because Canada was "boring." She then offered them her apartment in Central Park West. "It's two-bedroom, it's got the best view of Manhattan, incredible balcony. It's going to be a winner. That's going to be the deal-breaker," she proudly said.
The hitmaker even said that the Buckingham Palace is no match to Central Park West. Then, somebody commented that the view is better in CPW than that of the palace, to which Madonna responded by saying they couldn't see "a bunch of guys in wool hats" there. The guys in wool hats were said to be the royal guards who donned bearskin hats outside of Buckingham, Express noted.
Madonna's offer comes two weeks after Prince Harry rejoined Meghan Markle in Canada, together with their son, baby Archie. Royal expert Kate Nicholl told Entertainment Tonight that a prince's friend revealed that Harry is now missing his pals in the U.K.
With everything that happened within the royal family, he is now picking up the pieces on his own in Canada. Despite this, he is still eager to start his new life in his new home.
The Sun added that Prince Harry has been sending funny pictures and videos to his British mates on WhatsApp. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex temporarily settled in Canada after they decided to step down from their royal duties.
The two wanted to divide their time between the U.K. and North America. However, Prince Harry makes sure that he is still in contact with his friends from his hometown. The Duke has been in the same WhatsApp group with his pals for years. Now that he moved overseas, he is reportedly keeping up with his friends more than ever.
