Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie have a very close relationship with each other. But, just like any other sisters, they also reportedly fought a lot, especially during their teenage years.
While they are royals and deemed to be important members of the British Royal Family, the York Princesses previously shared that they had a fair share of a typical "sibling rivalry." The youngest daughter of Prince Andrew reportedly shared one intense incident from the past when she and her sister got into a "screaming match" because of a pair of shoes.
According to Reader's Digest, Princess Eugenie revealed in some of her interviews that she used to fight a lot with Princess Beatrice because of clothes and shoes. Just like any sisters, it was said that they do not like sharing their belongings, especially the eldest York Princess.
The younger royal shared that there was a time when she borrowed her sister's pair of Converse trainers. Her sister found out, though, that hers were not in her closet.
Princess Eugenie said that she insisted that the pair was hers, which seemingly started the screams between them. However, she, later on, realized that it was really her sister's pair as she saw hers "behind the door."
The young princess continued to share that she used to bring a lot of her sister's clothes and accessories back to school. "She [Princess Beatrice] hates it," Eugenie revealed.
Despite all of the fights over "trivial" stuff, the two princesses have remained close with each other, together with their mother, Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York. It was even noted by The Telegraph that three women call themselves, "The Tripod." They are my "best friends in the world," the young princess shared.
In a similar scoop released by Express UK, it was claimed that Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice are also close with their father, Prince Andrew. There was even an interview before when the princesses described the Duke of York as "the best Dad" and shared how an "amazing person" he is.
Unfortunately, it was claimed by the same publication that they are no longer speaking with Prince Andrew today after the controversies about the Queen's son's affiliations with the late Jeffrey Epstein recently erupted. Even so, it seems like they are still supporting their family as a whole, especially their parents, Prince Andrew and Duchess Sarah.
Today, Princess Eugenie is enjoying her life as a newly married royal with her husband, Jack Brooksbank. As for Princess Beatrice, recent claims revealed that she has been very busy preparing her upcoming 2020 wedding with Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.
