ARMYs have discovered a systematic plot by some akgae fans to discredit and malign BTS Jimin and have sworn to protect Jimin at all costs. Akgae fans are those who like one member of a group but hate the other members.

According to a report by All Kpop, a BTS fan posted screenshots of chat messages from malicious fans who are staging the systematic attack on Jimin. She warned that ARMYs should be cautious about dealing with these malicious fans because if they are engaged negatively, it would impact BTS and the fandom even more negatively.The fan said that while remaining vigilant, true ARMYs should pursue a positive attitude.She shared her hope that BTS members won't be attacked within its fandom anymore.

According to the fan, she received screenshots of the messages from 41 malicious fans who were moving silently in the chatrooms by posting malicious comments and causing alarm. The fan said that akgae fans were triggered when Jimin's Black Swan performance earned praise and went viral. They also sabotaged the writer of the article so that the post would get taken down and disappear from the trending topics.After the article was originally taken down, it was re-edited and re-uploaded without mentioning Jimin in particular.

The fan also exposed akgae fans who interfered with voting for award shows. They also levitated towards articles about the members to post their malicious comments.Among the common posts these akgae fans reportedly flood on BTS articles are questions about the reporters' credibility, requests for the deletion of the articles, exclamations of disgust and pretending to be offended by the content.

Jimin, who earned the monicker Fan Recruiting Fairy among the ARMYs, gained the nickname for his ability to draw attention to his performances because of his distinctive voice and stage presence.

Apart from his accomplishments as part of BTS, his solo exploits have also broken record after record on streaming platform SoundCloud.Based on a recent report, Jimin's solo track Promise broke the 24-hour streaming record on the platform by delivering 8.5 million streams in one day. The performance of the song easily broke Drake's record on SoundCloud for his Duppy Freestyle which raked in 4.9 million streams in a day, EDM reported.

Jimin's fashion style is also well recognized all over the globe as he entered the prestigious Business of Fashion 500 list last year, given to celebrities credited for their strong impact in the fashion industry.
