President Donald Trump made another odd remark about his youngest son, Barron Trump. This made netizens pity the 13-year-old teen even more.

The U.S. Senate acquitted Trump of any wrongdoing at the end of his impeachment trial. After the historic event concluded, POTUS gave a speech wherein he also apologized to his family for going through the ordeal.

"I want to apologize to my family for having them go through a phony, rotten deal by some very evil and sick people. And Ivanka is here, and my sons, and my whole family. And that includes Barron. He's up there, he's a young boy. Stand up, honey. Ivanka, thank you, honey," he said.

Towards the end of his speech, Trump called his daughter, Ivanka Trump, on stage and hugged her. Melania also stood at the side of her husband before he ends his victory speech at the East Room of the White House. Trump also tried to kiss Melania but FLOTUS awkwardly avoided it.

POTUS helped the First Lady onto the stage and leaned in for a kiss. It appeared that FLOTUS turned her head and Trump's kiss landed on Melania's cheek instead.

After Trump's speech, many took to Twitter to express sympathy to Barron Trump. Many said they can't imagine how the teen felt when his father made it appear that he is not a member of the whole Trump family.

One Twitter user asked why Barron wouldn't be included in PLOTUS' "whole family." Others also took notice of how Trump made a special mention of his daughter, Ivanka, but not his wife, Melania, his two sons Eric and Don Jr, and his other daughter, Tiffany.

Meanwhile, many also theorized that Barron's relationship with his father and other siblings could be the reason why he did not attend his father's State of the Union address last week. All of Trump's children attended the event, along with their partners, except for Barron.

This is not the first time Trump made an awkward remark about Barron. During his previous talk about vaping, he talked about how his administration can't allow the youth to be affected by the health hazard of vaping.

Then, he mentioned his wife's role in their decision to take action. In the same message, he also mentioned Barron as "Melania's son." The president received backlash for it and it also sparked paternity rumors on his teenage son.
