Are you one of those who couldn't resist the charm of those big brown puppy eyes whenever your pooch is begging for some treats or food you are eating? Can't you help yourself but be drawn in their overloading cuteness and fluffiness that you tend to give in and just give him any food he wants? Though it is very hard to do so, experts say better control yourself more or you may unintentionally put your pooch's life in danger.

Why? There are a lot of foods human's put in their table, which can be very beneficial for our body but not for our fur friends. It is very crucial for dog owners to remember all these as these foods can't just make their beloved pooch ill, but can even cause them their life.

CHOCOLATES

One of the best food on your table, chocolates don't just taste great but is also packed with nutrients and antioxidants that can help improve human's blood pressure, blood flow, and even help reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases, as revealed by Health Line.

But as it is beneficial to human health, experts say chocolates can be very risky for our canine friends once consumed. Once consumed, its effects would depend on its toxicity level or the concentration of cocoa in it and the amount of chocolate consumed by your beloved pooch. Some of the effects include diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, irregular heartbeat, increased thirst, seizures, muscle tremors, lethargy, seizures, increase in body temperature, and even death.

RAISINS AND GRAPES

Grapes and raisins has a lot of vitamins and minerals that can help fight and protect our body from different illnesses. These include eye problems, cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and other illnesses. All these are made possible because of the resveratrol that is inside every grape.

But unfortunately, the effects can be negative to some dogs. According to HillsPet, there are dogs that have consumed this fruit, which eventually suffered from kidney failure. If you are still unsure whether or not your dog is okay with this fruit, better not take the risk and keep your raisins and grapes out of your dog's reach.

OTHER FOODS YOU MUST NEVER FEED TO YOUR DOGS

Aside from chocolates, raisins, and grapes, there are still other foods that can be really dangerous to your beloved pet. Some of these are alcoholic drinks and xylitol (both can instantly cause death), onion and garlic (can cause anemia, gastroenteritis, and damage red blood cells), macademia nuts (can cause paralysis and weakness), and avocado (can cause digestive problems due to persin).
