Supergirl season 5 episode 13 is scheduled to arrive later this week on The CW, with the title "It's a Super Life." This will be the 100th episode of the series and will see Kara trying to go back in the past to change some things and see if things would be different between her and Lena. In addition, some familiar faces are also set to appear in this week's episode.
In Supergirl season 5 episode 13, Mxyzptlk came back with a proposition for Kara. He told her she could go back in time and change some things. Kara would have a chance to tell Lena her secret before Lex did. But, will things between them be different if Kara changes the past?
She has to decide whether or not she wants to change history to be friends with Lena once again. Kara wants to change her past, largely because she values her friendship with Lena. However, the offer came from Mr. Mxyzptlk and the plan may not go the way it should be.
The experiment may not be entirely a successful one. There is a chance Mxyzptlk is up to no good and he's only using Kara to change things for his own gain. Thus, Kara has to make a wise decision since there's no real reason for her to trust this person.
Perhaps, she needs to talk with Barry to realize that changing the past also means changing the present and the future. Moreover, there is another way for her to rebuild her friendship with Lena without changing the past. She needs to focus on the present and find a way on how to patch things up with Lena.
Meanwhile, Supergirl season 5 episode 13 will also bring back some familiar faces. According to TVLine, the episode brings Chris Wood as Mon-El, Odette Annable as Samantha Arias/Reign, as well as Sam Witwer as Ben Lockwood.
The 100th episode will also introduce Thomas Lennon as the new Mr. Mxyzptlk; portrayed by Peter Gadiot in Season 2. These are just some of the most popular characters from the past, who are all set to appear in the series once again.
