The recent episodes of Going Seventeen have been truly exciting for their fans. In addition to bringing back S.Coups (who hasn't shown up for several months while he is still in hiatus), the latest episodes of the beloved SEVENTEEN series also offered an interesting mystery that just needed to be solved. In the first installment of 'DOUGHn't Lie', the idols played a game that was a combination of the Mafia game and a treasure hunt. So who were the three Mafias who hid the 500,000 won around the house?
In the previous episode of Going Seventeen 2020, the members learned about their roles in the new game. S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, DK, Mingyu, The8, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino were then told that in addition to playing the Mafia game, there would be some cash involved. The "citizens" would have to find the 500,000 won that the three assigned Mafias had hidden around the house. If they were unable to find the money, the prize would be awarded to the Mafias.
Early on, the other members of SEVENTEEN began to suspect some of their fellow idols. For instance, Seungkwan, who was the police in the game, initially pointed to Woozi as being one of the Mafias. However, it was revealed that Lee Jihoon is one of the innocent civilians. Nevertheless, everyone somehow suspected Hoshi because of his suspicious behavior.
Interestingly, the first Mafia to be eliminated from the game in Going Seventeen 2020 Episode 4 was Jeonghan, who didn't even bother to defend himself. However, Yoon Jeonghan continued to distract the other members while they tried to find the hidden treasure. In the end, everyone began to suspect Hoshi after he made a mistake that gave away his identity. But that's not the most shocking thing that happened in "DOUGHn't Lie" #2.
By the end of the episode, the remaining Mafias managed to eliminate Seungkwan so the "citizens" had to figure it out for themselves. Unfortunately, they chose not to vote Hoshi out and opted for Mingyu, who turned out to be an innocent citizen as well. Since nobody was able to find the hidden money, it would then be awarded to the Mafias.
So who was the last Mafia? When presenting the prize, it was announced that the Mafias were Jeonghan, Hoshi, and The8. Amazingly, Xu Minghao managed to keep his identity secret while successfully preventing the other members of SEVENTEEN from finding the treasure.
