There is little doubt that fans of SEVENTEEN have been waiting for the return of S.Coups after he went into hiatus. However, it looks like the wait is finally over. Choi Seungcheol has just made an appearance in the latest episode of Going Seventeen. In addition to that, the group leader would later tease about what happened in the episode and promote its follow-up.

SEVENTEEN fans have already been anticipating S.Coups' return since the previous episode of Going Seventeen. In last week's episode, Carats noted that the teaser for the next episode featured the idols seemingly going on a treasure hunt around the house. Interestingly, it also hinted at Choi Seungcheol rejoining his fellow members for the game. After all, the rapper was shown excitedly hugging Joshua in the preview.

Luckily, the new episode of Going Seventeen did not disappoint the fans. The first member who is shown in the episode "DOUGHn't Lie" is actually S.Coups, who is shown looking at an iPad to find out what his role will be in the game of Mafia. He would then rejoin the group as they listened to instructions and were sent out on a treasure hunt for 500,000 won.

The episode only featured a few key scenes with S.Coups but fans took note of his appearances. For instance, he was one of the first members who decided to seek out the "treasure" in the cafe. Additionally, Choi Seungcheol decided to give up on the search a few seconds before their time ran out, claiming that he believes someone had already found the money and were simply acting like they haven't.

Amazingly, S.Coups would later prove once again that he is the group's leader. When Dino suggested that they destroy the stack of Jenga after they failed a challenge, Choi Seungcheol told him they shouldn't since they would be tasked to put it back together after the game. It's a simple reasoning that instantly accepted by the other members of SEVENTEEN.

But what will happen next on Going Seventeen? S.Coups later teased Carats on SEVENTEEN's official fancafe by claiming he can't even remember who was the Mafia in the game. However, he later promised fans that the next episode will be more fun to watch.

S.Coups is currently in hiatus. Pledis Entertainment has yet to announce whether he will rejoin SEVENTEEN this year.
