Things are heating up over at Manchester United with the future of Paul Pogba being the main issue. A rift has cropped up between the two sides, something that started with Pogbal's agent, Mino Raiola. He has been engaged in a word war with Red Devils manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and now more people are entering the picture. The latest is Pogba's brother Matthias.

Just a couple of days ago, Raiola lit a fire when he suggested that Pogba has options in the summer with interest coming from Juventus and Real Madrid, Goal.com reported. But the thing here is that while the French footballer has been held out due to injury, he is still technically part of Manchester United. This is despite talks of possible interest in Jack Grealish is in the air, his salary of which will depend on the proceeds of an alleged Pogba transfer.

Regardless, Solskjaer got pretty upset with Raiola and the war of words has been going on the past couple of days. According to Omnisport, Raiola did try to cool off things. He says that Pogba is open to contract extension talks, possibly the safest way to ease the tension.

"We are open for talks after he gets back [from injury]," Raiola said. "For now, there is a contract and the only thing he is focused on is getting back to fitness."

However, a new personality has entered the Paul Pogba transfer rumors. He is no other than Mathias Pogba, who continues to insist that his brother is not happy at Old Trafford. Matthias stresses how Paul wants to play Champions League football and win titles. He does not see that happening for as long as his brother is with Manchester United, Talksport.com reported.

Moving forward, things are unlikely to settle down anytime soon. For Pogba, the immediate concern is for him to fully recover from his ankle injury and honor his current contract with United. Depending on how things turn out, his future remains murky. Raiola and the elder Pogba believe that Paul could be of use anywhere if Solskjaer does have plans of dealing the 26-year-old away.

There is no doubt the Red Devils would love to see Pogba on the field. There is no official word on when he can suit up, possibly a factor on his status this summer. But with some names entering the picture, a whole can of worms has just spilled. For now, the Paul Pogba transfer talk is far from over.
