If Princess Diana is still alive today, her former stylist claims she will surely support his youngest son, Prince Harry. But since it has been 22 years since the Princess of Wales is gone, a psychotherapist suggests the Duke of Sussex seems to be "stuck in a state of intense grief and trauma."

The People's Princess died in 1997 in a tragic car crash. At the time, Meghan Markle's husband was only 12 years old.

Prince Harry has been open about his depression and how he spent 20 years not thinking of his mom, resulting in chaos in his life. Hence, trauma expert Nick Davies revealed that the sixth in line to the throne had been stuck in a stage of grief as he tried to hold his emotions.

Davies didn't only analyze Prince Harry but his brother, Prince William, too, about how they managed their emotions about the passing of their mother. He seemed to be surprised by the overwhelming sadness their body language revealed when they talked about Princess Diana.

"When you are talking about something that has happened which you have processed correctly, you will be able to have a normal conversation where you maintain eye contact," he told Express. However, what he saw with Prince William and Prince Harry was when they tried to access their emotion, their eyes moved down to the right, which meant they were trying to reach the emotional part of their brain.

Davies explained that when people move their eyes down, it means that they are accessing a feeling of sadness. Also, when Prince Harry and Prince William talk, they tend to take a deep breath and look below. They seem to disengage for a while that shows they are both suffering because of sadness.

Hence, Prince Harry and Prince William seem to be still stuck in grief, which turns into trauma when carried for a long time. According to the National Statistics for Bereavement and Grief, grief usually lasts for only 18 months. Princess Diana has been gone for 22 years.

Meanwhile, if Princess Diana is only alive, her former fashion designer, Paul Costelloe, told People that she wouldn't be upset about Prince Harry's decision to step back from his royal duties. Prince Charles' ex-wife could have supported her kid and advised him to do what he needed to do.

It has been known that Princess Diana is not a royalist, so she may gladly accept Prince Harry's so-called Megxit. As she is a people's person, who always puts her children above anything else, she will surely be there for her child.
