Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo will enter free agency in 2021, and it's no surprise that clubs like the Golden State Warriors and the Los Angeles Lakers are sending advance feelers. However, the reigning NBA MVP appears in no rush to make a switch. He will remain in Milwaukee beyond 2021.

That appears to be the consensus among league executives, who expect the Greek Freak to keep campaigning with the Bucks after 2021. By summer next year, Antetokounmpo will receive tempting offers from suitors, but with the way things are going for his current team, a new setting seems the last on his list.

It's next to impossible that Antetokounmpo will head for the exit door, said Fadeaway World, citing the report from Tim Bontemps of ESPN.

"Given how well the Bucks are playing, every executive we spoke to expects Antetokounmpo to re-sign with Milwaukee. The Bucks are overwhelming favorites to reach the NBA Finals," Bontemps was reported as saying.

Even in the event that the Bucks falter and miss the target set for the season, Antetokounmpo abandoning the team is not a thought being entertain given the character shown so far by the rising superstar.

"Giannis believes in loyalty to his team and is more inclined to stay and help his team win than he is to jump off the ship and join another squad," the report noted.

However, the Bucks suffering a collapse and disappointing Antetokounmpo is seen unlikely to happen, at least not in the immediate future. This week, team executive Alex Lasry reported that Milwaukee is now in the playoffs on account of the team's 48-8 record.

"Earliest playoff clinch in NBA history. It's not even March yet," The Guardian reported Lasry as saying.

In effect, Milwaukee is the first team to earn a playoff ticket, and the next phase of the competition will commence April 18. In doing so, the club broke the record of the earliest qualification for the postseason clashes that were held by the Warriors.

Per the same report, if Antetokounmpo will continue with his top form and the Bucks are able to sustain their winning ways, the team could soon join the elite group of the Warriors and the Chicago Bulls. The two teams won 70 regular games that catapulted them to Finals appearances.

It remains to be seen if Milwaukee will replicate the feat, but so far, Antetokounmpo is not showing signs of slowing down in the season. He makes no fewer than 30 points per game with 5.8 assists and 13.6 rebounds.

The path being taken by Antetokounmpo is thought to lead him to a potential repeat of an MVP and perhaps his first NBA ring. As The Guardian pointed out, Antetokounmpo has a season PER rating of 32.49, which is the numerical representation of his overall contribution to the Bucks.

In the same area, Michael Jordan registered 27.91 during his entire playing career that resulted in six NBA titles.
