You can choose either Kale, Spinach, Beet Greens, Swiss Chard, Dandelion Greens, Mustard Greens, Collard Greens, Watercress, Romaine, Lettuce, Butter Lettuce, and Endive Leaves. Or you can just choose a combination of those. Other things you will need are 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds (shelled), ¼ cup bacon (chopped into bits), ¼ red onion, and 1 cucumber (red onion and cucumber both are sliced thinly).

For the dressing, on the other hand, what you will need are mustard, honey, oil, and apple cider vinegar, all in ¼ cup. Your salad is also not complete without a teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon of black pepper to improve its taste.

After preparing the ingredients, the thing you have to do next is to combine the ingredients for your dressing. Mix everything in a bowl, which is big enough to cater to everything. Do so until every ingredient is well incorporated. Set aside.
