Kate Middleton and Prince William have been married for almost a decade now. The two royals first met during their university years and dated for over ten years before officially tying the knot.

Despite being a commoner, the now-Duchess was said to have impressed the senior royals since their first meeting. Until today, she has been one of the most valued members of the British Royal Family.

According to Express UK, the Cambridge couple's relationship before marriage was kept out of the public's sight. It was also noted that it took quite some time before the royal-born Prince introduced Kate to his family.

Even so, royal insiders revealed with various publications that when Kate Middleton first met Prince Charles and Queen Elizabeth II, she was already favored by the senior royals. For some reason, they reportedly found her suitable for the future King of the United Kingdom.

As per claims, Prince William first introduced Kate to his family when he brought her to Balmoral. She was the "first girl" that the Duke of Cambridge brought to the place that is reportedly "close" to the Prince of Wales' heart.

Upon seeing the young Kate Middleton, it was said that all of the royal aides deemed her as "favorable" to the Queen. This dynamic became even much more highlighted as they compared her to the late Princess Diana.

It was added in the same report that the Princess of Wales seemed to dislike being in Balmoral when she was first brought there by Prince Charles. Accordingly, many royal aides and experts were impressed with Kate how she fitted well at that moment.

Prince Charles was also said to be impressed with the now-Duchess' "unassuming grace." Aside from this, her being a "country girl" was also a "huge advantage," one source added.

Express UK also reported that the Royal Family's perspective of Kate did not change at all. Their fascination toward the now-Duchess of Cambridge grew further as time passes by.

Today, Prince William and Kate Middleton have been branded as some of the most "popular" royals, next to Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Charles. It was also attested that their approval ratings had been just a few points away from the Queen and the Heir Apparent.

Royal experts and analysts also contended that the Cambridge couple, especially the Duchess, continues to "step up" amid all the Monarchy's challenges in recent times. So, it is not surprising why they continue to impress the public, as well as the senior members of the Royal Family.
