Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi will make history in their upcoming wedding in May. The royal family, along with other guests and the public, will witness the youngest person that will have a role in a royal wedding in the form of the Edo's three-year-old son, Christopher.

Daily Mail writer Richard Eden revealed that the young kid would be the best man at the wedding of Prince Andrew's daughter. Allegedly, the property tycoon asked his son, who is also known as Wolfie, to be their groomsman when they finally tie the knot in a couple of months.

"I can confirm that Wolfie will be best man," the couple's spokesman told Eden. Aside from that, he will also hand his father their wedding rings in front of Queen Elizabeth II and will have an exceptional role at the reception.

A shocked courier then asked if the kid would make a speech at the Buckingham Palace for his dad and stepmother. Christopher will be the youngest person that will have a role at a royal wedding in British history.

Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi's friend revealed that the two asked Christopher to perform the role because they wanted to show him how his stepmother accepted and loved him. The child's birth mother, the American architect Dara Huang, on the other hand, is expected to be at the event.

After much speculation, Buckingham Palace finally announced the official details of the much-awaited royal wedding. Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are set to marry on Friday, May 29. The ceremony will take place at The Chapel Royal, St James's Palace, and will be followed by a private reception at the Buckingham Palace gardens.

Queen Elizabeth gives her granddaughter permission to use the said church and the palace for her special event. The couple, alternatively, asks everyone not to give them gifts but to learn more about the work of young person's charity Big Change and Cricket Brings hope instead. The said organization uses the game as a tool for positive social change in Rwanda, Hello! Magazine noted.

Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi popped the question to Princess Beatrice in September 2019 during a romantic weekend getaway in Italy. Buckingham Palace then announced their engagement, confirming their wedding will take place this year. Of course, the two also released their statement, saying they are both excited to get married soon and start the new adventure of their lives together.
