Blue Bloods season 10 episode 16 is coming this week on CBS, with the title "The First 100 Days." This episode may further explore what's really going on with Frank and Mayor Chase, as it seems like the two aren't exactly on the same page.
In Blue Bloods season 10 episode 16, Frank and Garrett are trying to convince Mayor Chase to work hard with others to properly run the city. However, it looks like the Mayor doesn't want to accept Frank's proposal and the tension between them is apparent.
Perhaps, it may have something to do with pride that's why the Mayor isn't up with the idea. It seems like he's not interested being upstaged by a police commissioner. He possibly wants to claim Frank's proposal, but he wants to take credit for when everything goes right.
Mayor Chase has been a recurring character in the series and he'll likely have some important role in the story moving forward. In the next episode, he will try to do his best to push his initiatives through and things between him and Frank may not go really well.
As for what else is coming in Blue Bloods season 10 episode 16, Baez and Danny will try to track down the person who vandalized several NYPD vehicles with anti-cop graffiti. Erin, on the other hand, is shaken after a car accident.
Erin's storyline is also interesting to explore, especially since she now recognized the corruption swirling around the current District Attorney. She may probably decide to run for the office and will think differently so she could bring change in the future.
Also, Jamie and Eddie will be involved in this episode as well. The two argue about whether keeping a stray dog who leads them to a crime scene. What's fun within this episode is that the series does not frequently feature dogs, unlike Magnum PI and Hawaii Five-0.
Now, Jamie and Eddie need to decide if they want to keep the dog or not, especially since it's an added responsibility for them. But, it seems like they will try to keep the dog since it serves a purpose for them and brought them closer to a crime scene; they recognize that the dog is a big help for them.
Blue Bloods season 10 episode 16 airs on Friday night, Mar. 13, on CBS.
